I just can't resist a cute snowman stamp! This single stamp really caught my eye. It's called Frosty Friends. I paired that with the Snow Festival DSP. My color combo is Baja Breeze, Gumball Green and Cherry Cobbler. I colored the snowmen with my blender pen and ink pads. I added a little Dazzling Details but it's hard to make out in the photo. My sentiment is from the set Curly Cute. I added a couple strips punched with the scallop ribbon punch to either side of my sentiment. Thanks for stopping by!

Gently Falling Birthday
My husband had a birthday a few weeks ago and this is the card I made for him. I used the stamp set Gently Falling. I haven't used this set much this fall and it's one of my favorites. My color combo is More Mustard, Cajun Craze, Riding Hood Red and Early Espresso. My sentiment is from the set Itty Bitty Banners and I cut that with the coordinating die. My background is embossed with the Woodgrain folder and then I sanded it a little bit. I finished it off with a Brushed Bronze button and some linen thread. Thanks for stopping by!

Watercolor Winter Anniversary
My husband and I celebrated our 13th anniversary last week. This is the card I made for him and I have to say I love how this turned out. Masculine cards can be a little tricky for me but this one came together very easily. I think this might be an old Mojo Monday sketch. I used the Watercolor Winter stamp set. My sentiment is from the set Memorable Moments. My DSP is from the Holiday catalog. It's called Festival of Prints. My color combo is Bashful Blue, Island Indigo and Early Espresso. I used a couple circle punches and my corner rounder. I think the DSP really speaks for itself here so I didn't add any embellishments. Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Hour Christmas Card
I really like that the set Happy Hour has such versatile sentiments. For this card I used the set to make a Christmas card. My color combo is Gumball Green, Cherry Cobbler and Basic Gray. My card base is embossed with the Houndstooth folder. For punches I used scallop ribbon, Decorative Label and square. That's it, quick and easy. Thanks for stopping by!

Perfectly Preserved Pear
This card was the first version of my swap for the Providence Regional last month. I changed it around a little bit but the basic design was the same. I used the set Perfectly Preserved and the coordinating dies. My DSP is called Orchard Harvest. The sentiment is from the set Just Believe. I layered that on the Word Window and Modern Label punches. The background is embossed with the Chevron folder. My color combo is More Mustard, Early Espresso Lucky Limeade and Raspberry Ripple. I added a little linen thread to the top of my jar to finish it off. Thanks for stopping by!

Watercolor Winter Clean and Simple
I just love this new set from the Holiday catalog - Watercolor Winter. It's definitely one of my all times favorites. This is a set I will keep forever. I kept this card clean and simple to really showcase the stamp images. My card base is Naturals White. I embossed that with the Framed Tulips folder. My color combo is Early Espresso, Crumb Cake, Garden Green and Cherry Cobbler. My sentiment is from the set Curly Cute. I used my color spritzer to add a little dimension. Finally I finished it off with a few pearls. Thanks for stopping by!

Memorable 70th
I have a really good friend and coworker who celebrated her 70th birthday a couple weeks ago. This is the card I made for her. I used the set Memorable Moments. I love this set for milestone birthdays. My color combo is Island Indigo, Raspberry Ripple and Gumball Green. My background DSP is called Summer Smooches. I used the Finial Press folder on the Raspberry Ripple layer. I used several punches to create my flowers - Blossom Bouquet, Itty Bitty Shapes and Bird Builder. I added a couple pearls to the centers. I cut the label and the window with my Framelits dies and then added a strip punched with the scallop edge punch. Thanks for stopping by!

Make a Mitten
Sorry I've been absent for a couple weeks! I was on vacation for a week and then just getting back into the swing of things. I feel like I'm having stamping withdrawls! I did spend a little time in my craft room today and here's what I made. I got the Make a Mitten set with my last order and this it the first chance I've had to ink it up. I used the coordinating punch and Snow Festival DSP. My color combo is Primrose Petals, Cherry Cobbler, Gumball Green and Baja Breeze. I used the Window Frames Framelit for my mat and embossed that with the Fancy Fan folder. My sentiment is from the hostess set Mixed Medley and I punched that with the new small scallop circle punch. I added a little Baker's Twine to string my mittens together. Thanks for stopping by!
