First Project for Karen's Workshop

Here's a card for an upcoming workshop.  I pulled out one of my favorite stamps for this - Dasher.  I was happy to find that Dasher fits nicely in the new circle punch in the Holiday Mini.  I layered that on two flowers cut with the Island Floral die.  I also used the new die Tasteful Trims for the large scalloped edge.  After cutting I ran this piece through the Square Lattice embossing folder.  I love that texture.  It's subtle but always adds just the right touch.  I added a ruffled ribbon and a paper ribbon punched with the Scallop Ribbon punch.  The DSP is also from the Holiday Mini - Candy Cane Christmas.  The color combo is Cherry Cobbler, Soft Suede and Baja Breeze.  I like this combo for Christmas.  It's a little non-traditional but I get sick of red and  The sentiment is from the set Holidays & Wishes.  Thanks for stopping by!

Lovely card. I like the colour combo, it's fresh and still feels like the holidays, and really like what you've done with the ribbon.
