An Old Favorite

I have a handful of stamp sets that I love to pull out even though they are retired.  I mostly just stamp with current sets but every now and then I like to pull out an old favorite.  For this card I grabbed Peaceful Wishes.  I often struggle with masculine cards but this set makes it so easy.  I stamped the pinecone and boughs and then punched that with a circle punch.  I inked the edges and used my color spritzer to give it a little depth.  The background is stamped with the Itty Bitty Backgrounds set.  My color combo is Crumb Cake, Early Espresso and Pear Pizzazz.  I used the Square Lattice embossing folder on the Early Espresso strip.  The zig zag is die cut with the Tasteful Trims die....my all time favorite die by the way!  My sentiment is from the Level 2 Hostess set Something to Celebrate.  Thanks for stopping by!

I love this set and have trouble with masculine cards too. Thanks - I will remember this one!
